The trailer for the follow up to one of the most creative games in history just came out. It is a must watch. If you have not played the first game you definitely should try it out. I have spent many a fort night browsing the user levels for something challenging and exciting. Most excited about the new AI capabilities and mini-games. The idea of making not only entire levels but entire user made games is going to be ground breaking in the online gaming community.
Check out the trailer below!
Sorry I have not posted anything in a while. I have been super busy with school. This summer is definitely going to be a slow summer for games, as opposed to the last 2 years at least. Even still, there are a couple of fantastic games coming out this summer that I will keep you guys updated on.
The first is of course the Halo Reach Beta and if you do not have the ODST game to play this one then I advise you get it and check it out. I was able to get the beta early and played a couple of hours this weekend and man did I enjoy it. Seems to be more tactical like Modern Warfare in some ways, but it can be really laid back and chill, which I love. If you don’t check out the game quite yet, you definitely should check out the trailer for the beta down below. It is powerful.
Tell me what you guys are playing right now!

This video will change your life. If you have not seen it and enjoy video games or bollywood please watch. My favorite part is when master chief is shooting his gun on top of the drop ship. Have Fun!
I have been using this great game for about 4 months and am a good 15 pounds under my first weigh in. Though I was not the most dedicated to losing weight I still did great and can say that Wii Fit is a great buy for the lazy gamer such as myself. It is not only a great tool but really fun as well. My only complaint is that I wish it had more Aerobics games such as the Boxing and Jogging but there is still a ton of games to choose from. I have yet to really get into the Yoga or Strength training exercises too deeply but that is my focus now so i may update this post in a few months about it. If you wanna lose weight and have a Wii go get this game!
If you have the regular version of Wii Fit then i advise you go upgrade to the Plus version. Your data will transfer plus there is a whole lot of new games and content.
P.S. Watch the guy holding his dog near the end of the video, i thought it was pretty dang funny!
Lets be honest here, social media has been dominating our internet usage as of the past 5 years. Its looking like it will completely take over and even replace search engines and logically that direction makes sense. Do we really care what google or yahoo thinks is newsworthy to us or do we want to know what are friends are posting? Most likely we want to know what our friends are posting and talking about or even celebrities or brands. Not to say that we won’t need the impersonal straight search that google seems to give us. The question I am really concerned about isn’t to whether Social Media will continue to grow and dominate but to what will it swallow up and include in its complex arrays of content. It could even go the simple route of twitter and give us a uniform less cluttered way to see what is going on in our close friends lives, celebrities, or even the news. Will google use its search engine power and resources to dominate Facebook? I could see google doing this if they get the right formula and grasp the personal aspect that facebook and twitter seem to have grabbed hold of, but I would rather see them stick to the search engine route. Google has the option of rather than competing with social networking sites to conglomerate them together in a search for a friend, celebrity, or band that you are looking for. Wouldn’t it be great to see which social sites all your friends and bands you like are using? I would love it. I think that video games will also have a role in social media and its evolution. We are already seeing this with facebook and twitter on PS3 and XBOX360 and i suspect that they will play and even larger role in online gameplay in the future.
Ginfo is basically going to give you all the game info you need when you are on the go. If you are at a store and see a game that looks interesting but you don’t know if its any good nor what games it is like then Ginfo is the way to go. You will not only get User ratings but you will get the ratings of the most premiere game reviewers and a link to their reviews. If you are worried you are paying too much there will be an average price icon in the corner and a icon showing you how difficult the game is to find(common, very common, rare, very rare, etc.). If the game you are looking at turns out to be not so great from the info given on Ginfo then just pick one of the six similar game icons to get info about them instead. Price has yet to be determined by the creator.

Moon is a movie that very much so went under the radar this past year. It was nothing short of a Science Fiction gem and a must buy for any Sci-Fi lover or Sam Rockwell fan. This is second only to Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as being Sam Rockwell’s best performance. It has a beautiful subtle soundtrack as well that i found to be instantly entrancing right from the beginning and almost immediately gets you into the film before you even watch it. I can’t help but think of the recent space epic Sunshine, which not only had a fantastic soundtrack as well but went under the radar as well even though it was highly praised just as Moon has been. Something i found intriguing about the movie was the Director is actually the son of David Bowie. Didn’t even know he had a son. My biggest complaint about the movie would have to be that it is a little predictable but what makes up for it is just Sam Rockwell and his interactions while living by himself on the moon.
The movie is rated R but there is little to no sexual content, with only a scene where he is dreaming about him and his wife and there is nothing really too risqué about it. There is a fair amount of language and is what gives the movie the R rating but there isn’t any inappropriate conversations which is surprising for a modern movie. The lack of sexual content and talk might even be a factor leading to its limited release.
Put this movie on your netflix or rent it immediately! I personally just bought it before i even watched it because of the trailer.

My first suggestion here is going to be Bioshock 2. I will probably be the only person to say that i actually enjoyed this game more than the first. With the first Bioshock the story was awesome and the gameplay was great, Bioshock 2 however has fantastic game play and a great story. The story isn’t as shocking nor does it have the amazing climax that the first employed. However, the game play has been fine tuned into perfection. They have not over done any of the changes and employed them into a distinctly fun multiplayer. The multiplayer is a must with this game. I had no intention of getting into the multiplayer when i had heard of it but because of some other reviews and my own curiosity, i found myself actually having fun with an online multiplayer that boiled down to a simplified call of duty mixed with the wonderful world of Bioshock.
If you like First-Person-Shooters(FPS) and enjoy a good adventure game with a great story, then this is the game for you. The game does have a mature rating but contains no nudity and little profanity. The majority of the rating comes from the violence, which is not to the extent of finding your enemies in pieces. There are some sexual themes and innuendo and your enemies do boil down to being drug addicts but that’s why there’s a mature rating here.
